Focaccia five ways

This week, revenue of columnist health Martha rose Shulman experimented with focaccia. She wrote:

Focaccia is a flat bread, not unlike a crust pizza very thick. It is an easy to set up, and he is forgiving; If you have no time to go from end to end in a session, you can refrigerate the dough and come back later. I think it's a great vehicle for all kinds of vegetables, just as the pizza is.
